An incoming caller identification and phone call logging tool that is integrated with Microsoft Outlook. While Outlook is running on your workstation, this add-in will display a pop-up style "Toast" message in the bottom right of your screen whenever an incoming call occurs on your IP phone.
You can optionally configure it to automatically "pop" the caller's contact information if the caller is a known contact. Journal entries can also be created that automatically log the contact's time of call and the duration of the call for accurate call accounting.
Why is it called "Toast"? Like a piece of toast popping up in a toaster, the toast pop-ups appear and slide down off the screen after a user configurable delay. |

NOTE: The Toast Demo simulates an incoming phone call so the user can see how the toast pop-ups look and verify that the correct contact information is being successfully found in Outlook. You must install and configure the IP Telephony Application Server Software (less than 15 minutes) in order to perform call control (answer and terminate calls) and view screen pops of actual incoming calls.
